Who can play

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Your account is personal and you may not sell or transfer it. You can delete it at any time (see our account deletion page).

Playing fair and being decent

You agree not to:

• cheat, collude with other players, or feed points to another player;
• use bots, modified apps or other tools to play for you or to gain an advantage, or interfere with the servers;
• choose a name, or send anything, that is hateful, harassing, sexual, threatening, or impersonates someone else;
• use the game for anything illegal.

You can block and report other players in the game. We may remove a name, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why when we do.

Coins and items

Coins and items are part of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another player, and no match is ever played for them. Purchases are made through Google Play and follow Google Play's refund policies, and the law where you live. A purchase is a license to use the item in the game, not a sale of property. If we have to close an account for breaking these rules, its coins and items go with it.

Ads

The game is free and shows ads between matches. Our privacy policy explains how ads use data.

Updates

We update the game over time. Features, game balance, progress, coins and items may change as we do.

Our game and changes

The game, its art, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. We may change, add to or remove parts of the game, and update these terms. If a change to the terms matters, we will tell you in the game before it takes effect; playing after that means you accept it.

No warranty and limits on liability

We provide the game "as is", without warranties, as far as the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer resides, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
