Delete your Bones account

If you still have the app

1. Open Bones.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account. Your account is deleted, and the app starts over as a new guest.

This works for every account, a guest account included, and needs no email.

If you no longer have the app

Send us the email address on your account: the one you signed in with, or your Google account's address if you used Sign in with Google. If you remember the name other players saw, add it too.

We never delete an account just because someone asked here, because anyone can type any address. We first email that address and delete the account only after you answer from it, so nobody can delete your account but you.

If you played only as a guest and never added an email or Google, nothing ties that account to you outside the app, so we cannot confirm it is yours. Reinstalling the app does not bring a guest account back.

What is deleted

• Your account and the ways you signed in: the app's random device ID, your email and password, and the link to your Google account.
• Your public profile (name and portrait), your friends and blocks, your level, your stats and your places on the leaderboards.
• Your coins and the items you own.
• Feedback you sent from the game's Settings.
• The results of the device check (Play Integrity): the latest check the game asked Google Play for and its verdict.

We finish within 30 days of your confirmation. Match records that other players need to check their own deals are kept, but they no longer link to you. So are our records of your Play purchases, which stop an order being granted twice and let us handle refunds; they no longer link to you either. Google keeps its own records of payments made through Google Play, under Google's privacy policy. Our server logs, which can hold your account ID, expire on their own within 30 days.
